The body or 'tub' has been re-profiled to accommodate the difference between the re-manufactured/reconditioned wings and the new body tub.
To do this the front wings have had to be cut and welded to suit the running board to body profile. Getting the 'line' correct is all important on these older cars and the professional way in which it is being done augers well for the future.
